I know that this has felt like the longest year ever with so many unexpected events. I want to share something that resonated with me recently, it's a reminder to keep going and that many good things can still happen during difficult times.
Grapes must be crushed to make wine..
Diamonds form under pressure..
Olives are pressed to release oil..
Seeds grow in darkness..
Whenever you feel crushed, under pressure, pressed or in darkness..
You are in a powerful place of transformation.
Keep going, I promise it will be worth it.
